Important: Every complaint for purchased vehicles has to be submitted within following time frame:
Transfer: 14 days from the date of case.
Short Term Car Rental: 14 days from the date of case.
Long Term Car Rental: 30 days from the date of case.
Leasing: 30 days from the date of case.
Claims received after above mentioned period will not be taken into consideration.
